Hillingdon First has been established to build high specification properties for both private sale and rental, to generate a long-term revenue income.
It is managed by two council directors, Sandra Taylor and Peter Carpenter.
They each report to the shareholders, who are the Leader of the Council and Cabinet member for Finance, Property and Business Services.
